• Under the supervision of the Vice President, this individual will assist the Real Estate Development and Design Department with administrative and coordination tasks.

  • Under the supervision of the Real Estate Development Project Director, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing ongoing development projects. They will be involved in all disciplines related to the planning and management of real estate development projects.

  • Under the supervision of the Controller and Chief Accountant, the accounting technician will collaborate with all departments and must demonstrate a high level of autonomy.

  • Under the supervision of the Vice President of Construction, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and managing projects in accordance with the needs of the assigned project manager.

  • Under the supervision of the Vice President of Construction, the Project Manager takes charge of projects starting from the preliminary budget file. They handle calls for tenders, orders, and planning to prepare the file for construction. Subsequently, they oversee site management and project delivery. The role requires a high level of autonomy and strong leadership skills.
